Practice Philosophy

Here at the offices of Dr. Steven Seibert and Dr. Yoolim Kim, our philosophy is to provide outstanding and up-to-date periodontal service in a manner that is both professional and personal.  We treat our patients just as we would our own family members – with compassion, empathy, skill and quality care.  We carefully take into consideration each individual’s concerns, requests and “comfort level” with periodontal treatment.  It is very important that our patients feel at ease and that treatment decisions be made after patients are well-informed and feel confident in their treatment goals. 

At our practice treatment is often performed in phases.  Initially a conservative, yet effective, treatment plan is completed.  Subsequent therapeutic decisions are made based on each individual’s response.  We strive for excellence in care, ensuring that ample time is taken with each patient to reach optimal periodontal health.  In addition we are dedicated to providing complete and caring follow-up supportive periodontal therapy.  We take pride in our thorough patient education, gentle treatment methods, well-trained staff and conservative yet high quality patient care.  We work in partnership with the dentists and specialists in our community to help ensure comprehensive care for our patients.
