Front Desk Personnel

Peggy – Financial Coordinator    

Peggy has been a valued member of our staff for over 20 years.  As the financial coordinator, she will gladly assist patients in reviewing and explaining treatment plans, filing insurance and scheduling appointments.

Michelle – Patient Coordinator

Michelle joined our practice as the Champaign office patient coordinator in June 2010. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice/Cyber Security and is married with three daughters. In her spare time she enjoys fishing, camping and other outdoor activities.

Cheryl – Practice Administrator    

Cheryl has worked for the office for over 20 years.  She also has a bachelor’s degree in nursing and is a licensed registered nurse.  In her spare time she enjoys reading, cooking, playing golf, and spending time with friends and family.  Cheryl lives in Champaign with her husband and two children.

Heather – Patient Coordinator    

Heather joined our staff as the patient coordinator for our Charleston office in December 2009.  She has a bachelor’s degree in journalism and a master’s degree in organizational communication.  Heather enjoys interacting with patients and assisting in making their experience in our office a pleasant one.  She lives in Mattoon with her two young children.

Clinical Personnel

Mindi – Clinical Coordinator / Hygienist    

Mindi is a graduate of Parkland College’s dental hygiene program and has a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Illinois University.  An invaluable member of our practice, she fills the roles of clinical coordinator, hygienist and surgical assistant.  Mindi is married with four children.

Mona – Surgical Assistant    

Mona is a 2009 graduate of Parkland College’s surgical technology program.  She joined our staff as a surgical assistant for the Champaign office in July 2009.  Mona enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Chelsey – Hygienist    

Chelsey began her oral health career in 2006 after graduating from Lake Land College with an associate’s degree in applied science – dental hygiene.  She joined our practice in 2008 as a hygienist, but she can also be found assisting in surgical procedures or at the front desk. Chelsey lives in Mattoon with her young son.

Randy – Hygienist    

Randy joined our practice in 1997 after graduating from Parkland College’s dental hygiene program.  As one of our hygienists, she enjoys getting to know her patients and helping them to achieve a better level of periodontal health.  Randy is married with two daughters.

Cathy – Hygienist    

Cathy began her career as a dental assistant after graduating from Elgin Community College.  She later obtained her degree in dental hygiene from Parkland College and joined our practice as a hygienist.  In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and son, and attending church activities.
